Well there are lots of reasons you might have this message. The quickest thing to do is 1) refine the database. close Jazler, Windows Start > Programs > Jazler TV > Restore & Defrag database > Defrag-Refine database 2) clear the auto program structure, (Jazler control panel > auto program > auto program structure) as you might have changed the videos categories 3) refresh playlist (Jazler control panel > auto program > refresh playlist) if you continue having the same problems then the problem might be more serious. I suggest a complete uninstall and re-install of the program. When you uninstall, be sure the whole Jazler folder is deleted before installing again. |
